File Type

You may e-mail computer files directly to Badge Print Co., or ship us computer disks or CDs.

All files must be PC-compatible. Sorry, but no Macintosh formats are accepted. EPS or vector files such as Corel Draw® (Version 11 or lower) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files are our preferred electronic format. All others should be exported as .tif, .jpg or .bmp formats.

Sending Your Files
When sending electronic art files, please mail or fax us a printed copy of the art, for proofing purposes.

PMS Color Matching
There is an additional charge for PMS color matching. PMS match cannot be guaranteed on all colors for digitally printed badges. Badge Print Co. will contact you if they are unable to guarantee a PMS color match.
