FC-200 Full Color Digital Cards

Non Personalized Digital Cards are perfect for membership cards, press passes, emergency information, and the like; any time you need everyone to have the same information.

  • Full color printing.

Badge and Sign Store's advanced computer technology can place any computer graphics file on a rugged, plastic badge. No matter how complex and colorful your company logo and artwork may be, our thermal transfer printing equipment can turn it into a badge or card. There are no limits on the number of colors or the type styles you choose. And to make them even more flexible, these badges can be written on with a Sharpie® and then wiped clean with alcohol.

Know what we do
Standard Size
The standard size for a non personalized, digitally printed card is 2.125" x 3.375", which is the same size as a credit card. We can custom cut to size for a nominal upcharge.

 Standard thickness
Non personalized cards are printed on material that is .030" thick, which is about the same thickness as a credit card.
File Types
Sorry to all the Apple fans out there, we are a PC based company. Vector formats are best for production so send us your EPS, AI, or CDR files. If you have a PDF, we may be able to use it and will let you know if we can't. While we can print from other files such as JPG or BMP, we cannot control those formats in terms of color or quality.		 Sending Your Files
The easiest way to get your files to us to to e-mail computer files directly to Badge and Sign Store. If you send us the native files, it is helpful to also send a PDF so we can verify everything came through correctly.

PMS Color Matching
There is an additional charge for PMS color matching. PMS color matches are one time and reprints will match the original. If you proceed with a PMS match, we will match the color as closely as our printing process allows. If color is critical, we suggest a spec sample, just ask us how.
Background Colors
Normal material for this product is .030" thick white plastic. We do offer .030" thick smooth gold and smooth silver material as an optional upcharge.		  


We offer a variety of accessories and attachments for your badge. Jeweler's Pins and Swivel Bulldogs are included in the price of the badge. Other attachments are available for a small upcharge

Print on Both Sides
Digital cards may be printed on both sides. Simply add 50% to all all badge costs, including setup charges and badge price. Note: Color matches and attachments are not subject to the upcharge.

Slots and Holes
For a small charge, we can add a slot punch or hole to your badge. The slot is perfect for luggage straps, strap bulldogs, and the like. We can also punch holes of various sizes for service pins, nails and screws, and more.
